Check out this delicious Kabab recipe that can be easily made with raw jackfruit. Of course, you have eaten raw jackfruit, but have you eaten raw jackfruit kebabs? Sounds like a bit of a hassle to cook, doesn’t it?
Ingredients: 1 cup of dal should be soaked for 4/5 hours and washed. Raw jackfruit ½ kg (cut into small pieces). Turmeric powder little, bay leaf 2/3, salt little, cinnamon 2/3, dry red chili 4/5, ginger paste 1 teaspoon, garlic paste 1 teaspoon, water in quantity, onion powder 1 cup, mint leaves 2 tablespoons, 6/7 green chilies, 2 tbsp of cornflower, salt to taste, 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of garam masala powder and 3 to 4 eggs.
Method of Preparation: Cut the inner part of the jackfruit first. Then mix a little turmeric in water and boil it. Now cover with jackfruit pieces. Once the water boils, strain and wash the jackfruits with normal water.
Wash the boots after soaking them for 4 to 5 hours. Now put the half-boiled jackfruits in a bowl. At this stage, mix ingredients from 1-10. Then when the dal and jackfruit are boiled, the water should be dried and shaken on low heat. Then remove the bay leaves and cinnamon sticks.
Now mix the pulses with jackfruit, onion, mint leaves, and green chilies and blend them in a blender or food processor. Now mix all the ingredients up to 14-18 with the blended jackfruit and knead well. Now make kebabs from this mixture. When all the kebabs are ready, dip them in beaten egg and brown them in hot oil.
